THANKS TO ALL OF THE PLAYERS THAT CAME FROM AROUND THE COUNTRY TO PLAY AND ENJOY A WEEKEND OF GREAT POOL AND CAMARADERIE. BELOW ARE THE WINNERS OF THE 2016 ULTIMATE POOL SHARK TOURNAMENT:
1ST PLACE - PAUL DODGE OF SOUTH HAVEN, MS.
2ND PLACE - JOSH ULRICH
3RD PLACE - DONNY BRANSON
4TH PLACE - CHRIS THORNBERRY
1st place prize - $5,000
2nd place prize - $3,000
3rd place prize - $1,000
4th place - McDermott Cue
Unlike other pool tournaments, our tournament is a race to three - with double elimination. Past players really enjoyed this format because it "evens the table"; any level player...rookie, intermediate or pro could walk away a winner. This is the tournament for the "everyday, regular pool player."
Our philosophy:
We believe that the best billiard players are not necessarily the ones competing in the sanctioned national tournaments, but some of the best and most interesting players can be found in neighborhood billiard halls.
